Airport security checkpoint instructions
Swedens biggest owner and developer of airports saw a need for educating travelers on how to most efficiently go through the security checkpoint. Their current security videos were aged, many parts were not up to date, and didn’t do its best to catch travellers attention.
I wanted to create a visual concept which really pops. Something that acts as an educational beacon in the queue for the security checkpoint.
Realism isn’t needed as long as the target, the traveler’s, recognises the link between instruction and reality. Once I realised that, I could create something that looks exciting, keeping the traveler’s interested long enough to get the important information through.
Two different instruction videos were created for two different types of security gates, and are used in Swedens ten biggest airports.
